The Connect Global Team operates under the mandate found in Matthew 28:19, "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations ". Our purpose is To share the Good News of Jesus around the world and help others do the same. One of the ways we are accomplishing this is by partnering with Pastors and Missionaries around the world who do the work of making disciples in some of the farthest, and most unreached areas in the world.
The Connect Global Team has been supporting Little Lambs Refuge in various ways since our introduction to them in 2015. This year we had the opportunity, because of a generous friend, to send Easter Baskets full of fun gifts for them to open on Easter. You can learn more about this children's home below.

The Connect Global Team has been investing in Aquaponics since our inception. ur First fficial Trip as 'Connect Global' back to Cusuna, we built 5 aquaponic systems. We have learned a lot since then, and our friend and partner Jorge Amador has built many more and taught several people his skills as well. There is a Aquaponic Class for Beginners that he and Pastor Allan are teaching in the spring of 2018.
The Connect Global Team often comes across a story and situation that just makes sense to offer help. Our friend and National Director Jorge Amador was introduced to Maria through our friends Pastor Allan and Pastor Miguel of CCI Church. CCI Church is very active in opening up their church to the community and offer aide to so many in need near La Ceiba, Honduras.
The Connect Global Team is very excited about the progress of the Maternity Home fundraising as well as the building and construction efforts. Updated: March 7th
Together we have been able to raise over $134k towards our Maternity Home in La Ceiba, Honduras. Thank You!
We began raising funds for a desperately needed home for moms and expecting moms to rest just before and immediately after giving birth and we are only weeks away from breaking ground.
We traveled to La Ceiba, Honduras with a team of 13 at the end of October. We were able to publicly dedicate the land at the hospital for the Maternity Home.
I am very excited about the project coming together and to be able to share this progress with you! As we were there praying over the land and the project, we received the approval for construction. This is a huge step forward as we have been waiting most of the summer for this process to be approved.
As the new local government officials have taken office, our National Director Jorge Amador has done a great job keeping our building permitting and approvals on track. He as also organized other donations of materials and volunteers in Honduras to begin helping us get ready to build. He visited the hospital with a Topographer last week in order to confirm, elevation and drainage in front of us getting final approval to break ground and lay a foundation.
Thank you for all of your prayer and your support!
If you would like to make a donation towards the project please
Our local contractor/architect, Eduardo Oviedo Jr. has done a fantastic job reworking the plans in light of new regulations and we are excited to be getting closer to ground breaking.
Connect Global Maternity Home Fundraising Update
Thanks to the overwhelmingly generous support we have received we will be making plans to break ground in 2018. We have been talking with several professional contractors in La Ceiba to finalize building standards and firm up a potential start date. We will inform you of the details when they are complete.

The Connect Global Team has been connected to and partnering with Pastor Nahun Flores since 2004. He and his family have served their community of Honduras and the Garifuna People very well over the years. We support him monthly to continue his ministry from Cusuna to Trujillo and all points in between.
Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.' The second is this: Love your neighbor as yourself. There is no commandment greater than these.
Connect Global believes it's our responsibility to love our neighbors.
We define our neighbor as anyone in need of love. By our definition, we have a long list of neighbors. That's ok because we also have a long list of friends willing to do what it takes to show love in practical and sustainable ways.
If you have a burden to show love to others and to make a positive difference in the lives of your "neighbors", then we invite you to join us.
Everyone needs love, and you may be just the person to fill the need.
